How EFRA's championships are set
EFRA's 2024 General Rules let each section sanction up to four European Championships a year, with venues decided by the AGM (3.1 to 3.4). A search summary of an EFRA page adds that the member federations, not EFRA itself, choose the venues. For electric classes, EFRA's Handbook 2026 (Appendix 3, version 4, A.7.1) runs a European Championship in every year in which there is no World Championship for that class in Europe. More on EFRA's structure is on EFRA.
EFRA posted on 25 September 2026 that no official European Championship was held in 2026 in Large Scale Touring Car or F1, because the EFRA bloc hosted the Large Scale World Championship in Lostallo, Switzerland. The post gives Grand Prix series results instead; those were not read.

1:8 nitro buggy
EC A, Madrid
EFRA's 1:8 off-road section minutes (November 2025) list the A championship in Madrid from 23 to 27 June 2026, and a search summary of Red RC says EFRA awarded it to the Fuencarral circuit. Red RC reported on 29 June 2026 that Juan Carlos Canas won at Fuencarral, with Adrian Pariente second, 6.9 seconds back, and Davide Ongaro third. Robert Batlle finished 11th in what Red RC calls his last European Championship. A CircusRC headline also names Canas the 2026 European champion; that article was not opened.
EC B, Portugal
EFRA's news posts (17 July and 19 August 2026) list the B championship at Club ACDB "Os Beiroes", Macainhas, Portugal, from 28 to 30 August. Red RC places the same track at Guarda; each is recorded as stated. Red RC reported on 31 August that Iker Tellez (Spain) won, with Bradley Baird (Northern Ireland) second and Erik Becerril Rodriguez (Spain) third. LiveRC lists a podium article the same day (headline only).
Masters 40+, Fehring
EFRA's post of 23 July 2026 lists the 1/8 off-road 40+ European Championship at Fehring, Austria, from 11 to 13 September. No result was found.
1:8 electric buggy, Rakvere
EFRA's post of 30 June 2026 lists the 1/8 E-Buggy European Championship at Rakvere, Estonia, and the 2025 minutes give 17 to 19 July. Red RC reported on 19 July that Joao Figueiredo (Portugal) won the 10th EFRA 1:8 Electric Buggy Euros at the RC Rakvere Racetrack, with Berkan Kilic (Turkey) second and Davide Ongaro third. A search summary of a report by ERR, Estonia's public broadcaster, says 118 racers from about 20 countries took part and the title went to Portugal, which matches Red RC; the ERR report itself was not opened.
1:10 electric off-road, Steyregg
Red RC's reports on the two titles are dated 29 July and 1 August 2026.
- 2WD: Red RC reported that Marcus Kaerup won the 36th EFRA 1:10 2WD Offroad European Championship on the ERT-Steyregg astro track, his second European 2WD title, with Joona Hataanen second and Daniel Kobbevik third.
- 4WD: Red RC reported that Daniel Kobbevik won, his first major international title, with a driver it names as Orlowski second and defending champion David Ronnefalk third.
LiveRC headlines of 29 July and 3 August 2026 name the same two winners. Red RC spells the 2WD runner-up "Hataanen" here and "Haatanen" in a German national report; this site does not say they are the same person.
1:10 electric touring car, Luxembourg
A search summary of EFRA's driver tyre document places the electric on-road European Championship in Luxembourg from 5 to 9 August 2026. Red RC reported on 8 and 9 August that Bruno Coelho won Modified, ahead of Simon Lauter and Michal Orlowski; Max Machler won Spec, ahead of Olivier Bultynck; and Stefan Schulz won FWD. Red RC says all three winners were also Top Qualifiers in their classes. LiveRC lists a results article dated 10 August (headline only).
Events with no result found
- 1/8 IC track: EFRA's post of 9 June 2026 lists it at Bourg-en-Bresse, France, from 22 to 25 July. A search summary of the organiser's stage 2 document, hosted on EFRA's site, places the asphalt track at Jasseron, Ain, with Bourg-en-Bresse nearby.
- 1/8 and 1/10 IC track 40+: EFRA's post of 18 May 2026 lists it at La Masia Raceway from 10 to 13 June; a search summary places that in Girona, which is unconfirmed.
- 1/12 electric track: EFRA posted the stage 2 report for the 2026 1/12 European Championship on 3 March 2026, organised in Messina, Sicily; its December 2025 preview names the host as Paradise RC Arena. The dates were not read, so whether it had run by 30 October is not established here. EFRA's March 2025 post names Simon Lauter (Germany) and Michal Orlowski (Poland) as the previous European 1/12 champions, without saying which class each won.
- 1/10 IC track: not looked up separately in the research.
- 1:8 GT: a search summary of a Red RC page from May 2026 mentions an upcoming 1:8 GT European Championship in Portugal; no date or result was found.
"No result found" means the research for this site did not find one. It does not mean no result exists.
Large Scale Off-Road, Starec
The BRCA reported on 22 July 2026 on the EFRA Large Scale Off-Road European Championship at Starec, Czech Republic, which ran over a week. It names the class winners as Jake Humphreys in Short Course Truck, Tomas Kraus (Czech Republic) in 2WD Buggy and Maloux Beaucher (France) in 4WD Buggy. The BRCA's report also gives British placings: Zach Whittleston was fastest overall in Short Course Truck qualifying and ninth in the final, and Tayler Letchford and Tommy Chung were fifth and seventh in 4WD Buggy. All of this rests on that one BRCA report, not on EFRA's results.
Grand Prix series
EFRA also sanctions Grand Prix events. A search summary of a Red RC report of 5 May 2026 says Bernard-Alain Arnaldi won the first EFRA 1:5 Grand Prix of 2026 in Luxembourg, with the second of three set for 6 and 7 June in Macon, France. That is unconfirmed, as the article was not opened.
